This website (shaym.beauty) is operated by Oria Masas, a sole proprietor based in Israel (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who it is shared with, and your rights. It is governed by Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741‑1981, as amended.

Providing any personal information is entirely voluntary — you only share it if you choose to make an offer or use the “see it in your home” feature.

1. What we collect

Your email address — when you make an offer on a stone, or ask us to email you a 360° “dream” render.
Your offer amount — when you submit an offer.
The room description you type — used only to generate your requested image.
Generated images — the 360° renders you create.
Basic technical data — your IP address and standard request information, processed automatically by our hosting for security, abuse prevention, and rate‑limiting.

2. Why we use it

To respond to you about your offer on a stone.
To create and email you the 360° render you requested.
To operate and secure the site (prevent abuse, rate‑limit, fix problems).

We use your information only for these purposes. We do not send marketing emails, we do not sell or rent your data, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The site stores a small amount of data in your own browser (your saved dreams and your acknowledgement of our notice) — this never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.

4. Who else processes your data

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the site:

Vercel — website hosting.
Supabase — database (offers, logs), hosted in the EU.
Cloudflare R2 — image storage.
Resend — sending the emails you request.
Google (Gemini), Replicate, World Labs — AI image generation for your “dream” renders.

Some of these operate outside Israel (the EU and the United States). We rely on their security and contractual commitments to protect your data during this processing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, after which we remove it within a reasonable time. Data stored in your browser remains until you clear it yourself.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored with access controls and encryption at rest, and accessible only to those who need it to operate the site.

7. Your rights

Under Israeli law you may access the personal information we hold about you, request that it be corrected, or request that it be deleted. To do so, email us at oria.masas@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above will reflect any change.
